Up for sale is a beautiful Hirade by Takamine EP-90 Flamenco guitar with deluxe hard shelled case. The EP-90 boasts a solid spruce top with rosewood back and sides. The fingerboard is made of ebony with nickel frets, the bridge is rosewood, the neck mahogany, and saddle and nut are both bone. The tuners are gold classical style with pearloid buttons. This guitar features a dove-jointed neck, an oval sound hole, a classic cutaway, and a gloss polyurethane finish. Nut width is 2″, scale length is 25-9/16″. The AD-1 digital preamp includes volume bass and treble controls as well as a tuner, and reverb. It also can be programmed with presets. The instrument is very nice condition. I’ve found two small impressions, one on the back of the neck, one on the back of the headstock. Also as seen in pics there is a large scratch and some discoloration on the underside of the guitar where it would rest on the leg. This neither affects the playability or sound. None of the dings or scratches are through the finish. There is a few pick scratches as seen in the pics on the top of the guitar. The guitar has been professionally set up and restrung and plays and sounds amazing. These are very well built instruments, handcrafted in Japan. TAKAMINE TF250SMC Up for sale is a Takamine TF250SMC Jumbo Acoustic Electric guitar. This guitar is in excellent plus condition/mint condition – the pick-guard has some very light pick scratches that are only visible in the right light (that’s what pick-guards are for after all!). Absolutely gorgeous looking and sounding instrument! Probably the best sounding Takamine guitar I have ever heard or played. This guitar was bought new in 2005 from us by one of our good customers and he has just accumulated too many guitars over the years – it really pains him to let this one go however, something has to give. This guitar comes with the original Takamine deluxe hard case. Sounds even more impressive plugged into a proper amplifier with its dual source Takamine pickup system. This guitar has the Cool Tube preamp system coupled with its factory Takamine under-saddle pickup AND the Takamine Tri-Ax magnetic pickup has also been installed across the sound-hole. There is a blend control on the on-board preamp to blend the two pickup systems along with another control to blend in more or less of the Cool Tube. Perfectly grained solid spruce top and solid flamed maple sides & back. This is one of Takamine’s finest models and is made in Japan.
