Gibson, these fully-authorized Japanese guitars came into existence through partnerships between Gibson USA and various Japanese manufacturers and dealers (such as Aria, Matsumoku and Yamano Music) that extend back into the 1970s. An Orville Les Paul Custom White Guitar. These are made for Gibson and were sold in Japan. This has a K serial – K017003 – which was Made in Japan by the Terada factory in 1990 (K stands for Kuramae, Yamano’s wholesales division)  In excellent used condition. (see pics) It weighs in at 4.10 kilos and has a few minor scratches and the odd dimple front and back but nothing of note. The back of the slim-60′s profile neck has a couple of unnoticeable marks and the headstock has a couple of chips on top. The original hardware has some minor tarnishing to the goldplate and is in excellent order and all working well. The fretboard is fine with the frets showing some minor wear. The electrics are good and the pickups are original and working fine.?Its playing nicely and includes a gigbag. Serial #: 803951 Check out this 1998 Orville folks! wine red finish w/black pickguard. MADE IN JAPAN. Fujigen manufacture . It is a used instrument but its been really well cared for, please check the pictures as there is not too much to fault on this one, there is a finish chip on the headstock and its missing the cap on one of the tone nobs, also a little finish peeling at the base of the neck near the body (the last 2 photos show this), otherwise all is good. Serial #: 801170 Check out this 1998 Orville folks! Maple Top flame finish w/white pickguard. MADE IN JAPAN. Fujigen manufacture with a Long Neck Tenon . It is a used instrument and has had a bit of careful use, please check the pictures to get a real feel for the condition. Frets and fretboard fine, with a minimum wear on the frets, there have been two holes drilled in the top and I imagine it once had a bigsby or some other bridge and that was why the holes are there, they are not too obvious and could be filled in easily, the back strap peg has had some re-positioning also. Apart from that there are a few finish marks and minor chips (mainly on the back of the body) which I have included in the photos, nothing major but best to be mentioned. All of the metal parts, hardware, and pickups are in solid condition. Both Volume and Tone nobs seemed to be functioning fine, same with the Toggle switch. Its missing a screw in the pick guard. Gave it a few good runs and it sounds great with plenty of power and a really good feel to it! Weighs around 4.1 kg, the neck seems standard, not thick or thin.
